Darryl is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has dedicated most of his life to fitness since the age of 17 and has trained many friends and family over the past few years. His style mostly integrates strength, stability, and endurance training and he often looks for ways to improve and build versatility. He believes that the human composition is capable of amazing feats under the right conditioning of mind and body. He often says “there’s always room for progress”. Outside the gym he enjoys gaming, painting, listening to music, and surrounding himself with good people and good vibes.
