Andrew is a certified personal trainer with National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association. He is a Los Angeles native and recently relocated to New Orleans. Andrew believes that understanding movement and proper form is the foundation to fitness. As a former athlete, he knows the value of proper mechanics and fundamentals; they result in a safe, healthy approach – reducing risk of injury. Andrew specializes in postural correction, injury prevention, diaphragmatic breathing, strength and conditioning, Olympic lifting, and circuit style workouts. Outside of training Andrew is an actor. He also enjoys basketball, wakeboarding, painting and playing guitar.
