Alex is a certified trainer with the Athletics and Fitness Association of America. She is also a certified spin instructor. Alex began her training career in 2013 teaching a variety of fitness classes and quickly moved into personal training as well. Along with training Alex has coached soccer and tennis. With experience in both training and coaching Alex’s approach uses exercise fundamentals that promote athletic performance. She is currently pursuing her degree in Health and Wellness at Tulane University. Outside of the gym Alex enjoys watching the Saints, cooking, and playing with her dog, Blue.
