Judith is a certified trainer with the Athletics and Fitness Association of America. With over 20 years of experience Judith is an expert in fitness and nutrition. She takes pleasure in helping her clients remain fit and understand the elements of a healthy lifestyle. Judith combines elements of weight, agility, and balance training in a holistic approach to exercise. She designs a personalized weight training regimen for each client. When she is not training Judith enjoys reading, painting, hiking, biking, and rock climbing.
